Build v0.2.3

Changes:

• Added Squabble splash screen.
• Added a home screen (main menu).
• Enable snatch buttons only after start countdown is done.

Known bugs:

• When the board on each side is full, tile placement doesn’t work right.

Issues:

• Pressing the back button on Android when a game is in play closes the whole game instead of going back to the main menu, maybe need an in-game pause menu.
